Lines in image file and truncated file name.

Good Evening Everyone, I have a 6 months old 5D Mark 2. Sometimes my image files will have lines going across the entire image. It happened once or twice when I first got the camera, but now it is getting unacceptable. Before I send it the camera, I wanted to know if this is an easy fix.
I use different CF cards. I undated the firmware. I try different file sizes, BTW, I usually only shoot JPG at the highest resolution. Take a look at my file ant let me know if you know what's happening.
One more interesting detail, the default Canon file name is always "IMG_XXXX", X being a number, the images with lines in them are named "_MG_XXXX". The I is missing and is replace by an underscore. The file size also doubles from about 4.5 MB for a file with no lines to over 9 MB for the files with lines.
I am attaching an image for your review. I think I need to bring it back to Canon, but I will be without a camera for who knows how long.
Thanks, Alex

00W0Ze-229549784.thumb.jpg.61e862d6e39753914902344bb6659d32.jpg

the underscore is because you've set your colorspace to AdobeRGB. If you don't know what AdobeRGB is, I recommend setting it back to sRGB.

Lines across the image typically mean data corruption. Since you use different CF cards, see if only one or all of those give you corrupted files. First thing to do is to format all your cards IN THE CAMERA. Then take lots of pictures while noting which card gives you problems. If you can narrow it down to one CF card, then throw it away. If all, then it's your camera.
