frank_bunnik
I am happy with my new eos 600/630. however, with the 28-80 L zoomlens, it is a bit heavy and a bigger grip on the camera would be nice. I have read that there is the GR-20 and the GR-10 for this camera. The gr-20 has the attachment for a cable release but what is the GR-10. Is this a bigger grip compared to the standard model? Thanks, Frank
scott_currie1
Hi there, I use the eos 630 as a back up body and I use the GR20 grip. I went to this grip as soon as I bought the camera many moons ago as it has a much better feel to it. There is a big difference with it over the grip which came with the camera. I have large hands so it was a must. I hear they are hard to find these days. I use the elan7 now and I bought the bp300 grip for the same reason, much better feel. S.C. colin_jones
Simply put you are quite right It is a larger grip but without a remote release etc. Its listed @ £38.98. Where to source one I dont know. For descriptions of anything EOS try EOS magazine at www.eos-magazine.com. the info it gives on EOS products is brill the slight downside is that it only covers Canon and not 3rd party gear
