Nikon 180mm 2.8 manual mode

<p>Dear, I am dealing a used Af 180 ED 2.8 and I got a question from a guy interested:<br>

Is this lens going to manual mode - aperture and focus with those Nikon bodies: <a>D40,D3000 e D5000?</a><br>

I am not sure! This lens has a aperture ring and focus ring but in my D2H I have to set manual focus into the body.</p>

<p>This lens would have to be manually focussed on those bodies, but aperture will be controlled automatically when the aperture ring is set and locked to minimum aperture.</p>

<p>You can use manual focus and manual exposure with those bodies and this lens but you'll need to select the aperture from the body, not the lens. Autofocus doesn't work; all you need to do is set the lens to MF on the focusing ring.</p>
