<p>Hi, does anybody knows a good (trust) place to buy second hand/used/refurbished cameras? I know I can do a search (and I did it) but I am asking someone who already did it and knows a dealer who can be trusted. Thank you.</p>

Usedcameras.com uses a mint, excellent, good, fair etc grading system and prices accordingly. They also discount if you look for internet coupons. They stand behind their products and the communication is excellent.<br>

Lensrentals rotates their lenses and bodies out of circulation periodically. If the item grades out 8/10 or higher (based on their grading scale which you can find on the site) they sell them to the public. You have to watch the site daily. They also have a no-questions-asked 3 day return policy. They include a return shipping label with tracking numbers in the package!<br>

I have found both companies to be reputable and have been quite happy with my purchases.</p>

Adorama.com refurb dept. (bought a lens there a year ago and no problems)

 

Haven't seen a used/refurb 7D yet, though. I'm looking also. We might be waiting for a while.

B&H is also a top store. I buy all my new equipment there. They also have used.</p>

<p>You'll be very lucky to find a 7D refurburbished at this point. They really haven't been out there long enough.</p>

<p>You're not likely to save enough on a used 7D from a dealer to make it worthwhile. You might find a deal with a private sale.</p>

I bought my 5D2 refurbished from Adorama. But used 7D? Highly unlikely at this point. Maybe in a few months, and even then...
