kel_madics
Actually i can. I have a Canon MP560 and printing 4X6 photos using the Adobe RGB profile in 8 bit in photoshop, the problem is whenever i print there is this 3-5cm thick band in the photo with a different color cast on one of the edges. I tried printing in SRGB of the same photo just to test and compare and to my surprise the color casted band looks the same color as the SRGB print (Please note there is no problem printing in SRGB but Adobe RGB is SOO much better in print).

I have tried everything and experiment with different print setting but still cant remove the weird colorc asted band. I even installed the Adobe RGB 1998 from canon to no avail. Has anyone ever experienced this?
I know I can print in Adobe RGB because it prints alsmost 98% part of my photo but why not 100%?!
To those who have fixed this and found a solution. Thanks for the help!
digitaldog
You’re sending the Adobe RGB data through an output profile for the printer?
Author “Color Management for Photographers" & "Photoshop CC Color Management" (pluralsight.com)
chas_frady
Does this only happen with 4x6 paper? Are you by chance using tabbed paper? Or settings for tabbed paper?
