Nik Color Effects Pro - applying more than 1 filter

<p>i use nik color effects as a lightroom plugin - i like to use the tonal contrast filter followed by the film effects filter. do i have to save after the 1st filter then open another time and apply the 2nd filter or can i apply both without saving and reopening?</p>
