Ricoh pin - Vivitar teleconverter ?

<p>Before I mount this on a camera, please tell me if I removed the correct "danger, Will Robinson!" pin - (from the hole circled in red) - that causes the Ricoh lenses to become a permanent fixture of a Pentax K mount camera. ALL the pins inside this thing are on tall springs, including the one I removed.</p><div></div>

<p>Geez, Mis! Don't freak me out like that! I wasn't looking forward to taking the thing apart again. Ever since I worked on my 70-210 Vivitar with the big flange - thought I could just remove it rather than having to grind it down - I've had a morbid fear of that tiny jeweler's screwdriver I punched all the way through the end of my index finger.</p>

<p>Thanks! Can't wait to see what results I can get with this thing. Not expecting much, but what the hey. It oughta be fun anyway.</p>
