frank uhlig
Use google! "tripod level" gives you 5 Mio answers! Or search here, please. Dozens of such things exist at B+H, too.
Ed_Ingold
Bogen/Manfrotto and Acratech make leveling heads that fit between the column and the head on any tripod. These give you up to 7 degrees of adjustment in any direction to get perfect leveling of the head. You can easily eyeball the tripod and adjust its legs to within this range (it takes about 10 seconds to get within 2 degrees with the legs alone).

The Acratech is lighter and finished nicer than the Manfrotto, but twice as expensive. Look in www.bhphotovideo.com and search for "leveling head".
howard_m
I have the Acratech leveling base sitting under a Markins head. It's a *very* nice & compact unit. highly recommended.
