FE SCREEN

<p>YES I just got a new FE series E grid screen for the FE. Is this easy to put in or should I take to the local camera shop. It came with the little tweezers also P.S GREAT SITE</p>

<p>When you go to put the replacement screen in, it works best if the camera is laying on its back with the mount facing straight up. Make sure the back edge of the screen is resting on top of the two rear clips of the frame and not in front of them (you'll see what I mean when you do this), then push the frame up with your fingertip or tweezers and it should click smartly into place.</p>

<p>It's about as easy as it gets for a user service procedure. Because of the tab on the screen it is literally impossible to put one in backwards or upside down. As long as it is positioned properly in the frame (resting on top of the clips on the corners), it is a trouble free and dead simple procedure.</p>
