shotz
Hello gang. It is now nearly November of 2009 and it seems that everyone I once relied upon to make custom bellows for cameras I wanted to restore is now out of business. I need some current sources for fabrication of a bellows for a 5x7 Plaubel Peco Universal III. (Or, miracle of miracles - a factory replacement!). The original is only 8.5" square in the back and about 6.5" sq in the front. Turner bellows wants $275 to make a replacement. Any other sources to suggest?

Thanks.
wishingwellphotos
You might try Wisner view camera or Badger grafic sales. www.badgergraphic.com
cole_paquette
well, you could always try getting one off of a parts camera
or you could try to fold bellows yourself-but get a book that covers that in detail. also, as a benefit, the materials are really cheap
I recommend a parts camera from ebay, as then you get some spare parts as well.
steve_hamley
Wisner's been out of business for at least a couple of years,
Try:
http://www.custombellows.co.uk/
But $275 is probably about right, there's no such thing as a cheap custom made bellows.
Cheers, Steve
ian_mazursky
I have had great bellows made by Turner Bellows in Rochester NY. They did my Korona 12x20 and Korona 5x7.
The price is fantastic and turnaround is super fast. $275 was a better price then any other quotes i got.
Turner Bellows
(585) 235-4456 http://www.turnerbellows.com
robert_meyer3
Turner Bellows made me replacement bellows for a 5x7 Speed Graphic. It cost about $135 and took about 2 weeks (5 years ago or so).
