> The Client's privilege or privacy will be compromised<br>

> The Photographer's Relationship with the Client being compromised<br>

> Client being upset by comments made on on image of them. . . <br>

Then don't post that image at all, is my suggestion. No good doing legal speak and action and moaning after the fact, just avoid the issue in the first place, if it is a concern. <br>
