larry gassan
I'd like to use my 52mm Nikon filters on my recently-purchased Fuji GSW680iii. A step-down ring is an option, but will I be seeing sad-n-nasty vignetting as a result? Thanks in advance!
d_purdy
hold or tape a 52mm filter in front of the lens and take a picture. Or open the back of the camera with the lens open in bulb see if you can see the 52 mm filter in the lens. If you do that will be vignetting. My guess is that you will get significant sad-n-nasty vignetting.
leicaglow
Most likely. That's a lot to step down. Maybe not on longer lenses, but for WA and normal, I would think you would. I buy three sets of filters: 52mm (from my Nikon also), 72mm, and 77mm. I use step up rings for the last two, and I use the 77mm on my Hasselblad WA lenses without problems..
