shaloot
As in Multiple Exposures! The following shots were taken at student sponsored event at NC State. There were different performers and I was just taking a few ho-hum snapshots with the k10d until this lady started performing. Her skill was amazing and I really wanted to capture this but make it special... so I remembered the multiple exposure setting!
The following photos were all take at max iso of 1600 (I don't think the noise is terrible...) and in "M" mode. The b&w photos were taken at f/2.5 and 1/400th while neon lit photos at f/3.2 and 1/5 and 1/6 respectively. The first neon photo was not a multiple exposure.
Also, only cropping and converting to b&w using picasa was done in post. Nothing else.
I'm sure the focus was off a little bit but here I was going more for overall effect than accuracy. Please post some of your "ME" shots!
<a title="Progression by Shaloot, on Flickr" href=" title="Progression by Shaloot, on Flickr">

<a title="4 people by Shaloot, on Flickr" href=" title="4 people by Shaloot, on Flickr">

<a title="3 Step by Shaloot, on Flickr" href=" title="3 Step by Shaloot, on Flickr">

<a title="Audi or Olympic Circles? by Shaloot, on Flickr" href=" title="Audi or Olympic Circles? by Shaloot, on Flickr">

<a title="Spinning Rings by Shaloot, on Flickr" href=" title="Spinning Rings by Shaloot, on Flickr">

<a title="Twirl Around by Shaloot, on Flickr" href=" title="Twirl Around by Shaloot, on Flickr">

bob-c
Somanna, these are very nice. That's one function of the K10D I have never used, I should try it sometime. Nice work, I really like the first color shot.
Mike Gammill
Very nice. The black and whites are great and I realy like the first color photo. It almost looks three dimensional.

Andy Collins
Very cool shots. When I saw the title I thought you meant the Pentax ME camera, but it's even cooler that this was with a DSLR.
