michael_b.1
Hello My problem is the following: I need for my 28mm Leica finder (the plastic one) a diopter lens correction. Leica don't seem to have a solution for that. I know that the new 21-14-28 finder accepts the M diopter correction lenses but I prefer the old plastic (or metal) ones. Please don't suggest to buy the M6 or M7 with 0.72 or 0.58 finder. I have them. It's for use with my Bessa R-2 :-) Any suggestions ? michael_kastner
You may not like this, but I'd say get a (new) pair of glasses. A cheap pair would be less expensive than the Leica accessories. I wear my glasses all day every day when it comes to my M.
al_kaplan1
I can see the entire frame line in my chrome 28mm finder while wearing glasses. I can barely see the entire 35mm frame in my M2 bodies with the glasses. I am more and more using a seperate finder with the 35mm when I'm not in a fast paced situation. Have you tried out one of the old metal finders? They may be easier to look through. The rear has a black metal ring that looks like it can come off. Perhaps your optometrist can arrange to make a new rear element more suited to your eye.
