josephwalsh Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 <p>When I start LR I get a skeleton of the Library screen in B&W with no pictures/no color and a box which says:<br> "AgEntity Provider:get Entity Multiple Matching Entities."<br> The box says "Lightroom" at top and there is an "OK" button. Pushing it makes the box disappear but that's it.<br> I Googled various permutations of this box's message with no hits.<br> My other programs (on Vista 32) are working OK.<br> ???</p> <p> </p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
