vanner
Beginner question. New to 120. Just loaded my Holga with TX400. When I look through the window for 6X6, here's what I see. Nothing for a while as the yellow paper passes by. Then, one arrow. Then, another arrow. Finally, the word KODAK, which is right next to the number 1. When I advance, I get the word KODAK, immediately next to the next frame number. How is the film typically lined up for exposure? Should I shoot exposure 1 when I see the first arrow? The word Kodak? Or the number 1? In general, how do people line up exposures in reference to the word KODAK and the numbers? Thanks.

Steve

jim_landecker
The purpose of the arrows is to warn you that the number is coming up, so you don't overshoot or miss it...
vanner
Thanks. I assume the number is lined up with the center of the window then. That means that there is enough film which extends beyond the number 12 to fit the entire last exposure with the number 12 in the center of the window.
