Looks like it's a lower end pro model, and that's sort of what I'm aiming for. As you guys were saying, I could go cheap on the computer and just get a quad-core with 4gigs DDR2 (plus expansion slots). Just as the lens is more important than the camera, I can clearly see that the monitor is more important than the box. Is the LaCie 324 overkill?
