personalphotos
It certainly looks like a 1000mm Tak. Is it anywhere near your home? There's something fishy about this deal. Dave Hollander owns one and paid 7-8 times this for his. If the seller really owned a good working copy of this lens, he'd be asking much more. But if you can physically check the lens out and get it, it's a smokin deal. Btw this lens is 29 inches long and very heavy (13+ Lbs). Tripod only. I might check with the local police as well to see if any of these have been reported stolen so you don't loose your money.

mc2imaging
Oh, yeah... adding something like "$1" in the title is an old craigslist trick to get you to look at the ad...
miserere_mei
Two words Somanna: BUY IT!

Providing it's not stolen, of course.
subho basu
Pentax 1000mm for $200 ??? The seller is even ready to lower the price a little bit !! He/she must be one sweet sweet angel.

jpo3136b
I feel better about used lens ads when the seller will show the face of the lens that reveals the markings and the serial number. If I don't see those, I pretty much pass up the ad.
shots worth sharing
Looks like the real deal to me. Granted I probably paid too much for mine but if that one was in half-way decent condition, it was a total steal!! Did you get it, Somanna?!
shaloot
wow this is something then! I emailed the posting but haven't heard anything though it sounds that Jordan heard from the poster that it's sold... wonder if Jeff Crister jumped on that... speaking of which, no news from him in awhile...
