All of my personal settings were restored to factory defaults. Luckily, I made a backup which is available as a menu option and quickly restored my custom settings. A word to the wise. Mine hit my door stepon a tuesday at 3pm and I opened it, put the strap back on it and shot a game at 4pm. I had to fix all kinds of settings just before the first pitch. Spending from $4-8,000 on a body and having to send it in to get worked on isn't too good a deal even if Canon pays for the shipping.
