richard_lyman1
Hi,
I just got a 50D and have been unable to open/edit any RAW files in Bridge or Photoshop. I'm using a Macbook Pro. I went to the Adobe site and got the latest update (version 5.2 which should support a 50D) but was unable to sucessfully install it. It didn't install automatically and the instructions for a manual install were different than on my machine. Specifically it said to navigate to Library>Application support>Adobe>Plug-ins>CS4>File formats and remove the existing plug-in to another folder. However I didn't see the existing plug-in listed. I put in the new one in anyway, but no results so I removed it again and left everything the way it was. Anyone got any ideas before I waste half a day with Adobe support? I haven' t had good experiences with them.
Thanks,
Richard
