jmg1911
I picked up a Hasselblad flash bracket with the contoured grip without a cable at a flea market for peanuts but it doesn't fit my 503CX, The mounting screw is only about five eighths inch from the stop at the front of the mounting plate. Needs to be about one inch to fit. Any idea what this one fits? I can't sell it until I know what I am selling.

ken_wayne1
It's catalog # 45020 and according to Richard Nordin's Hasselblad System Compendium it was made from 1963 to 1978 which should tell you it was initially made to work with the 500c and 500cm cameras but it seems I've had one in the past that wouldn't work on a 500cm that had a differing tripod mount. I've got one here but can't test it yet...dashing out the door. I'm sure others will clear up any misinformation I've offered about the differing mounts. There's an adapter too if I remember correctly that you can buy to use it with some other body mounts but, again, others might be able to clear up that.
danny_wong2
This was the one for the C but fit some early CM. The "Official" CM one has internal mechanism linking the bracket's release to the body release and thus no cable and the handgrip is thicker.
