dotty_waxman Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 <p>Instead of the Adirondacks this year, I am hoping to find some good locations in the Catskill area. Prefer,if possible any of the ski areas that offer gondola rides to the summit for some panoramas. Also frozen waterfalls, and some pristine winter subjects. There are several motels along that route, both at the top near Tannersville, and at the bottom, near Palenville.
