Problem with Panasonic DMC-FZ20

<p>There is little real advantage to shooting tif over what I call '7 dots' jpgs from quality point of view and for speed of turn around much quicker to shoot top level jpg. So while the camera seems to have a problem I wouldn't worry about it and likely incur an expensive repair bill.</p>

<p>Tif files are larger then JPEG file so it is more sensitive to write speed. Try a different brand/type of memory card is a good idea. Its about the only option you got or shoot with JPEG only from now on.</p>

This is the first time that I have this problem, with a 1 GB SD I've taken a lot of pictures but never problems !<br>

Now with the 2 GB SD......<br>
