Set your in-camera flash as a commander, and perhaps you want to use the filter that came with your macro kit over the flash ? or set the commander flash output to "--" it taking macro photos,

Set your little macro flashes on one group.

Set SB-800 as remote, and set it on another group, so you could control SB-800 and macro flashes independently from the in-camera commander.

Set all flashes on the same communication channel.

Read SB-800 minimum distance specifications and see how close to the subject you could possibly place the SB-800 flash, or how far.

For macro photography, position macro flashes mounted on the ring over the lens, and SB-800 at a distance but withing angle and distance of the camera built-in flash as a commander commanding range.

If you use macro flashes not for macro, take them off the lens ring and possition as desired.
