You add up the price of a new quality DSLR, modding the computer for digital darkroom work, buy a good monitor, software, lenses, etc. that's thousands of dollars; If you already have good film equipment and a good enlarger and a room you can use or mod to set up a darkroom, it's a no brainer if you are into B&W, stay with film!
