craig_supplee
Ebayer Jon Goodman who goes by name of interslice has complete kits and full instructions on the RB back re-seals. Great person to deal with. Instructions are very thorough.
mike_earussi1
Had the same problem several years ago and didn't know about Jon Goodman's kit so I just bought some black felt material, cut in to thin strips and glued it in. Worked fine. Cost about $1.00.
karl_fermedfor
Mike, do you have source of right kind of black felt which to make use? What glue works best with this? Do you have source to get it in thin slits? Otherwise, woudn't gap over make for light leakage or bump to not close back? How long do seals last before need to replace arises? Thank you. mike_earussi1
Just went to a material store and bought some generic black felt, used Gorilla glue and cut it myself with scissors. I eventually sold the back, so I can't say how long it will last, but it worked fine, if a little tight, for as long as I had it. Didn't have any problems with gaps as, once pressure was applied, the felt ends sort of mushed out into each other sealing the gaps.
