Business setup

Thanks in advance to anybody in the UK (or elsewhere) who can help on this business conundrum,

 

I am a professional photographer and cameraman based in Africa but working globally (Asia, Europe and all over

Africa). As a UK based freelancer I was able to work on the PAYE scheme, now I am a non-resident based in Africa,

I am commissioned by UK based companies, USA based companies and Africa based companies. I am keen to set up a

company in the UK but I am unsure of the best formation to operate under. I understand that as a non-resident I

could set up an LLP but really would like to speak with a fellow photographer who is subject to the same working

situation i.e. working all over the world indeed spending more time overseas than actually in the UK. Any

travel/documentary/wildlife photographers out there who spend all there time overseas? Or indeed any accountants

who are able to help me out. If so please contact me offlist.
