glenwilk Posted August 22, 2008 Share Posted August 22, 2008 I needed to upgrade my computer and found a good deal on a Dell. It is loaded with Vista SP1, 64bit. It has 6 gig of RAM. My problem is that when CS3 tries to load it fails with a APPCRASH. I researched with Microsoft and Adobe on the problem (online). Information I found said it should run. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy the problem. Including disabling all firewall, antivirus, etc. that may stop it. I am stumped. So I leave it up to those that know.
