nathancraver Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 I have a GS-1 with speed grip and was trying to figure out what the extra contacts on the bottom of the camera are for. I read them out with a meter (on the speed grip) and 2 of them are for shutter release, 3 of them go to hot shoe, but can't find out what the others are for. I figured they must be for future accessories such as motor winder etc. but does anyone know for sure? I was hoping that maybe an AE lock could be incorporated into the speed grip, especially since the one on the AE prism does nothing. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
