ogden_fiennes1
Ok. I am planning to do a fashion shoot inside a bamboo forest. The trick is that the trees are very dense with leaves and blocks out alot of light, to the point that the bamboos, looks black insted of green. There are small openings from above the trees that sunlight does comes through. See attached sample of the location. Can you please suggest what type of lights I should use. How many lights do you think I will need, if I want to have model in foreground and also showcase the bamboos in the back ground. And what types of lights? Any suggestions.thanks
tomweis
The answer to your question is largely subjective, that is most photographers who use lighting have a preferred way of lighting, or a style of lighting. There is no right answer here. Is this your first fashion shoot? As a general suggestion, I like the Lumedyne products. I'd suggest two packs, two heads, and Pocket Wizards to fire them. d_g5
You didnt tell him that he'll need a power source if not in studio. Innovatronix.com or Alienbees has your portable power solution if thats what you will need.
