ralph_jensen
I know, I know, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it." But Reichmann spends several thousand words on thecamera and never mentions the price (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/cameras/phase645.shtml), nor couldI find a price at phaseone.com. Granted, I can't envision buying one, but I can better justify my film expensesif I know how much PhaseOne/Mamiya are charging for it!
httpwww.someantyx.coma
I would guestimate it has to do with which back, here's a P20+ for $9k, camera not included.
Calumet Photo
As for a package deal? Who knows, probably $15k would be a good guess.

bill_caulfeild_browne
As I said on another thread here, I paid US $3450 for my AFD III body - exactly the same as the Phase body. Bill
httpwww.someantyx.coma
You can buy a small car or a year's worth of Gas for that! HA After reading the specs I understand now why the canon 1ds/III is so appealing - $3k less, higher ISO, not entirely a smaller sensor size (36mm x 23.9mm?) vs 36.9mm x 36.9. Plus the 1ds/III has more megapixels if thats what people want. I'm happy shooting film...
