idsphotography Posted July 21, 2008 Share Posted July 21, 2008 YES! this is a scam.. now I'm convinced. So block them and beware. I got the same e-mail from my craigs list ad. I too look for any info I can on potential clients. I hate wasting my time or chasing spam leads... I just don't get it, what can be the purpose of this type of garbage. Here is a copy of the e-mail: "hello and how are you? I saw your ad on craigslist and we are looking for a wedding photographer, our wedding is going to be on December 13 of 2008. are you free that date? can you please let me know even if you are not free. Thankx, and i hope i'll here from you soon" from: alex.art.photo@gmail.com I own my hosting server so I will be blocking this one.
