per_volquartz1
Kodak no longer sells 5X7 Ektachrome...unless you have a fat wallet and want to purchase the minimum = 400 boxes...
Does anyone here know of a store in the US that still has 5X7 Chrome hidden in a freezer somewhere.../??
Agfa still sells 13X18cm in Europe, but that size film will not fit into standard US 5X7 film holders...
Of course I can keep cutting down 8X10 in the dark... jason_greenberg_motamedi
I have been using Kodak Ektachrome EPY 64T, which is still available in 5x7 from Kodak. It is Tungsten balanced, so you have to use a 85B filter. However it is signficantly cheaper than the Fujichrome. 50 sheets run $165 (at B&H or Adorama), as opposed to 20 sheets of Fujichrome at $100.
