arek_szep Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 Hi everybody, any examples of posing a 16 years old girl, her family andfriends.And how to setup my camera for a very bright scene outside with noshade, what metering to use ?,f-stop,tripod or hand held...please anysuggestions are welcome, I never shoot pictures at 1 PM outside, can I use myflash ,there is gonna be a very strong back lighting ,I use eos 40d, 17-40,50mm1.4, 90mm tamroon and 100-400 L, thanks [Moderator note: Upload some images if you have a few to give Arek some examples] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
picturesque Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 f11, 1/250th, ISO 100, fill flash. Bright sun is pretty consistent. You don't need a tripod unless you use it for other reasons besides slow shutter speeds. If you use automatic flash (ETTL iTTL, auto thyristor), you must compensate it for backlighting on top of the usual subject value. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
