Capture One Issue... Simple, I think, please help!

In Capture One, when i try to adjust an image in any way, and more importantly

when I try to batch export, most options are grayed out.

Any thoughts?

If your image is a 12 bit file you may need to convert it to a 8 bit file. I know this is the situation with photoshop CS3 and many of the pulgins that are available for it.

 

This is not the problem if you are shooting jpegs, because they are always 8 bit. 12 bit files are only available if you are shooting RAW.
