t_c16
I've never used any of these sites. I used photo reflect before but I want a nicer way to present the images (via a slideshow). Is there another site or resource that others have used to present wedding images and sell to guests etc.? I'd like to have a slideshow feature with the site. Any thoughts welcome. Just trying to prepare for the busy wedding season ahead. Thanks much :)

tim_schultz1
I am using Pictage and want to use something else. I posted a question about other sources a week ago. I got great feedback. I find Pictage is not user-friendly for the bride and groom.
justin_hackworth
instaproofs.com -- Awesome and free.
sam_ellis
I like SmugMug- hosting and printing all in one. However, after a recent seminar showcasing WHCC, I am interested in offering their products, so SM wouldn't work anymore.
heather_claypool
I like Collages for two reasons... Flash slideshows add impact, and music adds emotion. Pictage doesn't offer that (at least not the last time I checked them out). Never heard of zen or instaproofs though...Free sounds pretty good! chris_walters1
I've tried both and collages wins hands down. Very intuitive, slideshow capabilities, extremely user friendly...not to mention less expensive than pictage
russ_konrad
Smugmug has worked extremely well for us and I believe it is cheaper than both Pictage and Collages.
paul_sokal___dallas__tx
We use Printroom.com and have been happy with their service. Their software is easy to use and we've never had a client complain about the quality of their work. You can have an opening flash presentation and they have a new feature where you can set up an entire website for your clients, not just a gallery. The couple can use it for announcements, directions to church, reception venues, gift list, etc.
jc5066
instaproofs before going to my built in cart.
bakarichavanu
I just signed up with Smugmug, mainly because I upload photos to the print site right from within Aperture 2.0. The set is fairly easy and I hear that the prints are good, but I need to order a few for myself.
astrid_garcia
I love Collages (have not used Pictage). We appeal to higher-end brides and their presentation helps us market accordingly. Their system is very easy to use and customer service has been top-notch. Astrid
steve_c.5
This question (in one form or another) gets asked about once a month or more on here. Check this thread: http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00PFXw

savagesax
I also like printroom.com. Never have trouble with them and the price per year is very decent.
dilley
I also love smugmug. It is easy to use and much cheaper than others. Plus, unlimited uploads - it is like a backup server for my photos. Make sure you get someone's coupon to get a few dollars off if you do sign up.

meldell
I currently use Instaproofs, they have been very good to me! I will soon make the leap to PickPic...best thing out there!
jonathan_edwards2
Try photagious.com, unlimited storage, and nice slideshows for $9.95/month. A little more limited than picage but very easy to use.
austin wedding photography
Between the two, Collages wins hands down. I was with Pictage for a couple of years then moved to Thailand for a year. When I got back they only offered a monthly plan and I was locked out of my account, had terrible customer service, and if I remember correctly they still owe me thirty bucks. What everyone said about the slideshow is accurate, it's much more intuitive and impactful.
