rainer_t Posted May 6, 2008 Share Posted May 6, 2008 The raw result (cr2-file) isn't changed by the amount of sharpening you set in the camera. The setting is recorded into the file, and some Raw converters like Canons DPP will use the setting as a default for this picture, nevertheless, the imagedata itself isn't modified. The preview-jpg as well as the additional large jpg (in case you shoot raw+jpg) are sharpened according to your setting. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
