Your PC is running Windows XP or Vista. 2. You have lots of RAM and plenty of free resources. PicLens is resource intensive. It will crash your Firefox browser if run on older versions of Windows or with insufficient resources. The only way to uninstall it is to run Firefox in safe mode. The system requirements are not readily apparent. However, the developers of PicLens responded quickly to my complaints and suggestions on Saturday.
