I want to buy a ring (only one) for close-up photography

which one do you suggest HE 13 , HE 26, HE 52 ?

 

for H1 and P45

Uh, which lens(es) do you use and what size is the subject you wish to cover? Use the tables found in "The Hasselblad Manual" by Ernst Wildi to find a match.

 

If you have no answers to these questions, I suggest you start with the 13mm tube. That gives you a continuous focusing range from infinity to however close you can get with the 13mm ring. Then buy a 26, then a 52. Maybe you should start with the book.

I am actually using 35 , 80 and 210 mm lenses

The best lens for close up is the 120.

The 80 and the 210 will do. The 35 is less suitable.
