Price for images for website and sale

I would like to know how much to charge for images of a client's product for

their website. Do I charge them per image or for a specific number of images?

I will be setting up the shots, some in my studio and some at the client's

location. Next question, I also plan on making some images for sale (as

prints) at the client's location as well as on thier website. I will be paying

for them to be printed and framed. What kind of cut do I give them on the

prints. Do I retain the rights? I appreciate your help in this matter. You
