donnie_strickland
Loaded up the GX a couple weeks ago with two new PC640A batteries and some K64; the results follow. I hadn't used it in a while (hence the batteries) and I enjoy rediscovering it, as it were. Daylight flash sync is really handy and the 40mm f/1.7 lens does very well, even though mine has some rub marks and some fungus etching (the fungus has been removed). My wife, son and I took our pop-up camper to Townsend, TN at the edge of the GSMNP --<div></div>

patrick j dempsey
I really enjoy the shot of the horses... looks like it was a little hazy, but hey, it's the SMOKIES! Really clear days are sorta rare in them parts.
Rick_van_Nooij
I was expecting some sort of electrical problem when I read the title, but I'm pleasantly surprised by your photos! I especially like the colors in the first one of your son on the tortoise. Thanks for sharing!
Brian
Nice pictures. Obviously a capable camera in capable hands. The Yashica fixed-lens rangefinders of the 60s and 70s were under-rated cameras, I believe.
Matthew Currie
I like the Kodachrome look too. Fits right in.
richard_keistler
What a beautiful child! Thanks for sharing your photos--I get to that part of the country far too seldom. I love that Kodachrome look also. All of the major RF's from that period of manufacture were underrated.
david_m
Very nice shots but the overall look seems a bit sepia; was the film outdated by any chance? Love the first shot of your son though!
