Of course it's a lot safer to buy from a reputable store like B&H, KEH or Adorama, but if price is your only consideration, eBay is your best bet. I'm in New Hampshire, and they're in New Jersey, so maybe that accounts for the quick turnaround. The price was $935, including shipping. The lens is new, and includes front and rear caps, hood, pouch and US warranty. I've been buying from B&H for decades, and still feel they are most trustworthy, with outstanding service. I began buying from Adorama about two years ago, and my experience with them has been excellent, too. I just couldn't resist the price at us1camera. tom_berkowski Posted December 18, 2007 Share Posted December 18, 2007 Some people bought the 5D/lens kit and are selling the lens on eBay. It makes the body cheaper than buying body only.
