Missing Critique picture

I requested for critique "The Coy Pond" by Bill McCrystyn under

catagory "nature". It showed up and was doing well as far as response. I

recieved one comment as to the spelling of "Coy" and corrected my error by edit

to "The Koi Pond". I checked later to see how it was doing and can't find the

picture in any que or query? It is still in my porfolio but otherwise MIA.

Bummer, it was doing so well and I was curious just to see how it would do over

If you go to 'Browse Top Photos' > and then Filter by Nature/ Past 3 Days/Average Ratings....you are there at the moment at #8 out of 48 images collated...

Thanks Mike,(I never thought to look there)but do you know why it would be out of the critique request Que, Nature? I placed it there Monday 12-10-07.

Usually photos, especially in landscapes of nature categories, last approximately 6 to 12

hours, if you're lucky. Many, many other photos get submitted and knock yours out. It would

be rare to still see it even the next day. The admins claim they are working on a method that

might keep photos in the critique longer or allow them to come back or some such thing. I

wouldn't suggest holding your breath while waiting for a reasonable solution to a major

problem of visibility on this site.
