If they are disappointed, then they have only themselves to blame for not educating themselves -- and a pro should be especially cognizant of what they need. The same could be said of the 2.5 fps limitation when shooting 14 bits with the D300, or the need to upgrade your CF cards to take advantage of the faster write speeds and be less limited by the bigger files that need to be cleared from the buffer.
