Sunset in Mid-Atlantic Region

I live in Newark, DE and the only nearby place I know of to get a

half-decent sunset picture is Elk Neck State Park. Anyone has better

ideas?

Uh, try the local bookstore; they generally have postcards with nice perfectly exposed, perfectly composed sunsets that say absolutely nothing. Uh, really, it's not the place that makes the shot (though you're definitely close enough to Cape May, Rehobeth, Assateague, and about 500 or so small natural preserves along the Delaware coast to find something "worthy" to shoot). You can compose something spectacular with a reed and the sunset right from your backyard with a smidgeon of imagination...
