RZ 67 No 1 tube issue

Hi,

 

Just got a No1 and No2 tube and also the t/s adapter....all is well except I

cannot get the No1 tube to the locking position. I can use the No1 tube with a

lens, or with the TS adapter no problems. I have the RZ Pro2 body, and I take

the No1 tube to mount it and the ring doesnt move...even if it is off the

camera, it doesnt move...basically it might be that something has locked it in

the open position, but what?? The tubes are both in very good condition used.

there isn't a scratch or nic on them...Anyone wanna chime in and suggest some

help?

 

Last resort is to take it to a shop. or return it as the seller is willing to

take it back. I just have a hunch that it is some click or mechanism that needs

to move so I can move the ring...I did try all the options on how the 2 posts

are positioned in the green red, across the other side...etc..
