Canvas and texture strokes

I am printing on inkjet canvas and wanted to add some brushstrokes. What

kinda of varnish are they using and does anyone know of a link to the

technique? I am not talking about a Photoshop effect but physically adding

material. If it matters I am using Legion waterproof canvas with an HP

Designjet 130.

Try a clear gel medium, which you can find at any art store. The problem you will have is that, unlike with paint, what you are applying is clear, so it needs to be very built up.
