trw
Is it safe to charge the k10d battery from a cheap ("modified sine") inverter?
mc2imaging
I charge batteries all of the time on a Coleman branded power inverter that cost me $30. I run my laptops, charge AA's, camera batteries, cell phones, etc...
glenn_holden
Trent: I also have a K10D, I presume you are using the charger that comes with the camera. Probably not an ideal solution, but I do it all the time from my Van battery- 175 watt modified sine inverter, (I think I paid about $35 as well) and I haven't had a problem with it yet. For the double "A"'s I have a Fuji DC charger that charges direct from the 12 volt Van battery. LGH
