zdenek Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 I have a problem with the focusing magnifier. Very frequently the magnifier doesn't flip up when I push the catch. To do this I must tap the lid of the viewfinder. Is it frequent drawback of the viewfinder system? This occurs on my new 501CM kit which is under warranty. neilambrose Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 <p>It's a fault. The magnifier is spring loaded and is intended to release immediately when applying minimum pressure to the catch. If it's under warranty you just need a new WLF, assuming you don't want to keep tapping the casing to release the magnifier.</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
