konstantinos_athanasiadis1664881385
A few months ago I bought two Hensel?s, the Expert Pro Plus 500. Unfortunately I have been having some problems with them, I believe Hensel?s dealer in Greece sold me second hand equipment, I hope I am wrong, but the following facts tells different. One of the Hensel?s (the current transformer) makes a noise that reminds of the one that a lamp makes when it is near to burn out. Secondly on the button that is to increase/ decrease power has a lightning sketched on (that is on the new one, the one I had replaced for having a burned pilot). The dealer refuses to replace the one that makes a noise, saying that it is normal, my question is why doesn?t the replaced one make any noise? Is the strobe sound to work with or are there any dangers involved? Please advice.
